"If you want to be a hard-core health food nut this book is def. for you. The actual reading is amazing. Alicia fully covers the benifits of going vegan and why do it at all. She's direct and to the point. However, her recipes are ridiculous. You cannot walk into a normal grocery store and find any of the ingredients; instead you end up at a health food store spending $100 on ingredients that will only make two batches at the most. Sorry Alicia, but I'm not a movie star and I can't afford your superhero diet."
