"Strap is a bit too short, even when extended to its longest length. And during my trip to NYC, one of the closure buttons fell off and one of the metal rings that attach the straps to the body snapped completely in two!! Not sure if I received a lemon, if problems I encountered are universal to the product, or if the bag should only be used for light duty."
